What documents should I upload to Overcharged?

Choose the documents that give Overcharged the best chance of producing a useful analysis.

Start with a supported document. Use a complete signed service charge accounts pack or a property-level actual service charge letter.
Prefer the clearest copy. Upload the full, readable PDF rather than screenshots, selected pages, or a scan with missing text where possible.
Include apportionment information. Have the schedule, percentage, or supporting file that explains your property's share of common costs.
Know the current limits. Budgets and individual supplier invoices do not yet produce the same end-to-end analysis as supported accounts or letters.
Check personal information. Review the document before uploading and avoid including unrelated personal data where it is not needed.
